Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter reserve the right to refuse to accept any entry which, in their opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the Game.
2. For the purposes of the Game and your use of the Site our computer record of your entry will be considered to be your entry. We have the right to reject what, in our sole discretion, we consider to be incomplete, inaccurate or corrupted entries. The decision of the Promoter as to whether an entry is incomplete, inaccurate or corrupted is final.
3. The Promoter is committed to ensuring, as far as reasonably practicable to do so, that its Site and the Game do not cause offence to anyone using the Site. We therefore request that you do not enter a name for your team that may be considered by others to be inappropriate or offensive. We reserve the right to refuse to accept, and may change, any team names which we feel, in our sole discretion, are inappropriate or offensive.
4. The Promoter have an absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition or terminate the Game at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

1. The Promoter respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks users of the Site to do the same. The Site and all materials, characters, logos or other images, and in particular the rules and point structure incorporated by the Promoter, on the Site are protected by copyrights or other intellectual property rights. No information may be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from the Promoter.

3. All intellectual property rights in the Game and the Website and Application (excluding content that you submit) shall remain at all times the property of the Promoters or the Promoters’ licensors.
4. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as conferring by implication any right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the Promoters or of any third party.
5. The intellectual property rights in the rules and point-scoring structure belong exclusively to the Promoter and it may not be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from the Promoter.

1. All results are checked and verified up to 48 hours after the match ending. This means that although points will be allocated to your team within a few hours of a match finishing we may change/correct points up to 72 hours afterwards.
2. The Promoter will use the latest scores reported by the key news agencies to use as the basis of the FF scoring criteria. Reversed decisions will not be counted, (therefore if a red/yellow card decision is reversed/altered after the initial reporting on the game, the original score will remain). Points will only be corrected if the initial reporting was incorrect.
3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Game information on the Website and to update such information on a regular basis, but does not guarantee that such information will be accurate or up-to-date at all times.

1. The overall winner of the Game will be the manager whose team has accumulated the most points throughout the competition and relevant stages.
2. In case of a tie, the winner will be determined in this order:
   1. The manager who submitted his team first will be deemed the winner.
   2. The time at which the manager initially registered for the competition, with the entrant that registered earliest being deemed the winner.
3. The validity of all prize-winning entries and its full adherence to the game rules will be verified by the Promoter before any prize will be awarded and any found to be in breach of any of the game rules will not be awarded the prize.
4. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. There are no prize alternatives and the prizes are not transferable.
5. Events may occur that render FF or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Game and/or the associated prizes and participants agree that no liability will attach itself to the Promoter as a result thereof.
6. The receipt, by you if you are a winner, of any prize is conditional upon compliance by you with any and all laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, these Terms of Use.
7. It is the responsibility of each individual participating in the Game to ensure that their participation in the Game does not contravene the laws and regulations of the country in which the participant resides.
8. The Promoter is not responsible if any participant contravenes local laws and regulations by participating in the Game. Prizes must not be sold on and are intended for the sole use of the winning entrant (unless otherwise stated within the prize details).
9. All prizes are fulfilled by the Promoter. Non-fulfillment of prizes (if offered) must be taken up with the Promoters, and while the Promoter will endeavour to ensure that all prizes are fulfilled within 3 months of the Game completion, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment of prizes.
10. Winners agree that neither the Promoter, its sponsors nor their employees shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes.
11. Cash alternatives are not available instead of the specific prizes for winners. The Promoter reserve the right to substitute any prizes with replacements of similar value, in the event the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
12. In relation to the awarding of all the prizes that FF participants are eligible to win, our decision will be final.

1. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within 28 days of winning. If you are a winner, you may have to complete additional legal documents and return them to the Promoter within 28 working days of receipt of your notification.
2. Non-compliance or notification returned as "undeliverable as addressed" will result in your disqualification as a winner. Prizes (if offered) will not be re-offered or deferred. 
3. Entry into FF constitutes permission for the Promoter to use team names, team selections and photographs of participant Managers without notice or without any fee being paid  and winners will be obliged to participate in publicity. Winners’ names may be published on the site and Mobile Website.
4. By registering to play the Game you are accepting to receive email updates. The Promoter reserves the right to validate e-mail addresses at any time and the right to remove or suspend from the Game any Teams found to have an invalid e-mail address. 
5. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from these update e-mails, please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the e-mail or request to be unsubscribed via the "contact us" page. Please allow 72 hours for this to take effect. 
6. The e-mail address held by the Promoter should be kept valid at all times. The Promoter provides a facility to allow users to update their e-mail address at any time. Update emails about the Game will be sent to this e-mail address. 

1. By entering the Game you acknowledge that we will hold and use your personal data for the purpose of administering the Game, and you acknowledge that we may pass your personal data to relevant parties for the purpose of fulfilling the prize should you become a winner.
2. The sponsor of the Game may contact you from time to time for the purpose of sending marketing information where you have given your consent to receive such marketing information from the sponsor of the Game.
3. You may amend your marketing preferences and opt-out of receiving any such marketing information at any time by following the instructions in those marketing communications. Your personal data will be used in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policy.
4. Your personal data may be passed to relevant regulatory bodies, the police or other authorities in the course of the investigation of any complaints or suspected unlawful activity.
5. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.

1. The Promoters take no responsibility whatsoever for content that may be published on a Private League bulletin board on the Website or Application.
2. By submitting content to the Website, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to use, edit, copy, distribute and make available to the other users of the Website and in any other formats or media as we decide. You agree to waive your moral rights.
3. Publication of illegal content or material: You agree not to publish any material or content which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or infringes the rights of a third party or which may have the effect of being harassing, threatening, abusive or hateful or that otherwise degrades or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability.
4. You agree not to infringe any laws in order to publish such content.
5. You agree not to transfer files that contain viruses or other harmful programs.
6. Publishing any such content or material may result in the content or material being removed and your disqualification from the Game.

1. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time and the Entrant agree that no liability will attach to the Promoters as a result and that the exercise of such discretion will not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any Entrant.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the Entrant agrees to abide by such rules.

1. Any user of the Website and/or Entrant found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to hack into any servers, systems or software operated by either of the Promoter will be immediately removed from the system.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate any complaints that they receive but will be under no obligation to do so.
2. Should the Promoter choose to exercise this right, their decision will be final and binding on all complainants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding their decision or any other matter.

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury caused by the use of the Game or staff’s negligence or fraud.

1. Subject to paragraph 19 (below), the Promoters are not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you:
   1. which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and to the Promoters when you agreed to these Terms and Conditions or
   2. is reasonably foreseeable to you and the Promoters when you agreed to these Terms and Conditions but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in the Game.

1. The Website or Application accepts no responsibility for any third party advertisements or pop-ups that may appear on (URL) Website or Application.
2. The Website or Application reserves the right to send free of charge marketing messages for the Game or third party promotions purposes to participants/players who become Subscribers.

1. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of BLANK and the Entrant agree that laws of the BLANK govern this agreement, without giving effect to conflict of law's provisions.
2. The courts of the BLANK have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to or arising from the execution or performance of this agreement unless (URL) wishes to initiate legal proceedings in your home legal district.
3. In all judicial actions, arbitrations, or disputes resolution methods, the parties waive any punitive damages.
